The 2025 United Kingdom Overseas Territories Association (UKOTA) Youth Summit convened young representatives from across the UK Overseas Territories to engage in meaningful dialogue on issues that significantly impact our communities. Key topics included neurodiversity and disability in education, LGBTQ+ representation and immigration and migration. The resulting communiqué reflects their collective voices and aspirations for the future, along with carefully considered proposals to enhance collaboration between youth and policymakers.

The insights and recommendations contained in this report will contribute to the formulation of policies that support the development and empowerment of young people across our Territories.
