Premier of the Virgin Islands, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley served as a member of the second panel discussion which addressed the topic “Overseas Territories: Our People, Our Future” at the Overseas Territories’ Conference held on 10th May at Portcullis House, London. The session was moderated by Honourable Amanda Milling. Other panelists included Honourable Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands; Honourable Julie Thomas, Chief Minister of St. Helena; Honourable Simon Young, Mayor of the Pitcairn Islands, and Honourable E. David Burt, Premier of Bermuda. During the panel discussion, a slide presentation showcasing the people of the Overseas Territories was displayed in the background.
