Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley, is strengthening key international relationships while attending a global forum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this week.
The 10th Association of Caribbean States ACS International Cooperation Conference (ICC) is being held from 3rd – 4th February 2026, in the margins of the prestigious World Governments Summit.
The Virgin Islands leader is pictured here meeting with His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE and Chairman of the World Governments Summit. He also participated in a session alongside the Honourable Edward David Burt, Premier of Bermuda, which was moderated by CNN’s Eleni Giokos.
